Toshiba to Release Batteries that are 90% Charged in 5 Minutes
We have all been in a situation where you find yourself in need of battery life for portable electronics like your laptop or a cell phone, but you need more time then you actually have, to fully charge your battery. Toshiba’s new Super Charge ion Battery (SCiB) claims to solve that problem by allowing you to get a 90% charge within just 5 minutes of plugging the charger into the outlet.
If super quick charging isn’t enough for you, they also say the SCiB has a life span of over 10 years.
