The mouse is a basic part of a gamer’s life. Having a high DPI mouse can be the difference between fragging or being fragged. The new SideWinder mouse can go up to 2000 DPI, which can give you the ultimate precision in FPS games. If you’re not doing anything so intense, it also comes with two other modes: 400 and 800 DPI which can be swapped on the fly. It is also the first mouse to include an LCD screen which informs you of the macros that the mouse is currently using and what resolution you’re using.
Now, if you’re going to get the SideWinder mouse, you might as well pick up the new keyboard solution proposed by Microsoft. The brand new SideWinder X6 keyboard has a switchable key pad, macro keys (absolutely necessary for any hardcore gamer), cruise control and the keys change color to remind you that you’re either gaming or visiting us to get the hottest computer news.
